We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. AMEX incurs a 3% surcharge due to their higher merchant fees.
Cancellation policy
Should you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, there is no charge for cancellations prior to 3 pm on the day preceding your scheduled check-in. Cancellation prior to 3 pm on the day of check-in will incur a charge of 50% of the total quoted price. A no-show (or cancellation after 3 pm on day of check-in) will incur a charge of the complete quoted price.
Deposit
For some bookings we reserve the right to request a deposit to confirm the booking.
